I recently had my annual visit to Scotland, and saw some marvellous sights.
The autumn in Scotland is an excellent time to see wildlife and lovely colours
on the trees and bracken.

This year they had not long suffered a devastating Storm, so much of the
foliage was stripped from the trees - however, this left some very
interesting shapes in the branches of the Atlantic "Rainforest" on the West
Coast.

I found the shapes and textures on the trees very inspiring, and I'm sure I
shall be using them in my work in various ways.
